True Service Plumbing

Top-tier service, honest pricing, and true professionals! We had a severe kitchen sink clog in my downtown Toronto condo and couldn’t be happier with True Service Plumbing. Raymond took our call, set up an immediate appointment, and was so friendly, kind, and professional. Finding tradespeople with honest, upfront flat-fee pricing—with zero hidden surprises—is a breath of fresh air. Our plumber, Nico, was incredible. When a standard snake didn't clear the stubborn block in the wall pipe, he didn't cut corners. He happily went all the way back down to his truck to grab a heavy-duty commercial machine to make sure the job was done 100% right. He did it all with a smile, a great sense of humor, and fantastic conversation. Nico stayed until our sink was flowing perfectly. It’s rare to find people this skilled, kind, and trustworthy. My sister and I will be recommending Raymond, Nico, and True Service Plumbing to everyone we know and sharing them in our local community groups!

Complete repair and replacement of 1974 plumbing and cabinet. Niko arrived at the specified time, with his equipment and tools. Very efficient and clean work. Made modifications as required following condo and plumbing codes. Highly professional, discussed options and costs upfront. Listened to our choices and implemented them. Fair price, excellent service. Niko is a skilled plumber. Would call again, for future projects.

Huge thanks to Raymond and his amazing team of technicians. George and Cesar made the initial visit and assessment. They took the time to explain the problem and answered all our questions. Skylar and Jayang returned the following day to complete the work. They took their time and ensured the clog was fully removed. They showed us the before and after videos in the pipes. It was great to receive this level of care and time. They worked quickly and cleanly. Thank you so much True Service.

Highly recommend True Service Plumbing! They provided a clear upfront estimate with fair pricing. The job was done neatly and smoothly. They were also very flexible and accommodating with a last-minute schedule adjustment. Professional and reliable service!

Max came out very soon after being called on a Friday evening. He fixed the drain blockage quickly and efficiently and charged less than he originally quoted because he said the job was more straightforward than he had expected. He was very pleasant and accommodating and I felt that he was truly honest. I would recommend Max without hesitation.
