Today I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd., to install new bathroom sink faucet. It was assigned to Nazar Baranyk. Within an hour he came and provided quotes and we agreed with the price ! He installed the new faucet and I’m very pleased with the results! He is very professional and very knowledgeable and cleaned up the area ! Thanks Nazar!

Samad came promptly and explained everything throughly on estimate. He did a fantastic job, very quick and left the bathroom very clean. Broke up the boxes and disassembled old toliet in 2 piece easier for us to take to curb on garbage day. No issues in repeat business , will use again.

I have recently used the services of this company out of necessity for a new fixture that was clogged “Samad” first came to assess while explaining & giving stellar customer service until the very end carrying the old fixture out as he had installed a “very good” new one From initial calls to company both days, reception was very compassionate calm & not too fast for a senior I find this not as common today w many companies & this kind lady got me a service man fast The next day basement drain was looked at by “Kevin” who also gave great service excellent communication while showing me on a screen going down below the drain w tube Some companies don’t even explain but this drain & plumbing company was stellar at customer service unlike other companies I see today A solid work ethic w compassion by both servicemen & reception Like most people today it has been a difficult year I also received a discount as a senior!
