Excellent company. Super fast response. Had a major sewage pipe issue, within hours Samad and Dani had diagnosed the problem accurately. Gave us full information, full transparency. Within one day Samad, Dani and the team working with Lyubomyr were on site, digging, repairing, replacing main lines. Everything was clearly explained as they proceeded. Within 4 days from initial phone call, to fully completed (horrific) job, we have a tidy, clean lawn, new clean outs, photos of all the work. Everyone on site was professional and did excellent, top quality work. I’m still amazed at the skill of Lyubomyr down in 12’ deep trenches repairing everything. And Samad and Dani provided excellent, thorough service. We were well taken care of !!! Will keep them on our preferred contractor list.

Zohair was absolutely lovely. Kind and respectful and was able to come out within two hours of my toilet breaking down. I ended up getting a new toilet installed within an hour of his arrival and he even stayed to replace my kitchen faucet that also needed to be done. I'm very thankful to have such a reliable team of plumbers who are always very good at explaining the issues, providing a quote, and efficiently getting the work done. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and highly trustworthy plumbing professionals! I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing. I have used them for both urgent repairs and massive structural upgrades, and they deliver excellent results every time. Today, Zohair came out to install a new garden hose supply and fix a busted pipe. He did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give me clear instructions on how to drain the pipe for the winter so it stays safe and lasts longer. This matches the incredible experience I had with the company in July 2025. They tackled a massive job at my property, replacing all our old clay pipes with new PVC and installing a sewage ejector pump. Their team was highly professional and knew exactly how to solve our problems. I was especially impressed by how clean they were; they sealed off all non-work areas with plastic barriers to protect our home. On top of the great technical work, their prices are very fair. Their admin staff is incredibly helpful too. When I needed an insurance letter, they were patient and willing to work through all the confusing details required by the insurance company to make sure the letter was exactly right. This is an excellent, trustworthy company. Five stars!
