Mr Rooter Plumbing of Mississauga ON

About 5 years ago, I used Mr. Rooter for a plumbing emergency and had a fantastic technician (Mike) come out. So when I needed a plumber this time, I knew who to call. I can happily say, that I had another wonderful technician this time as well. (Tomas V) This time was a persistent issue we’ve been having, so it wasn’t an emergency. I called them on a Friday afternoon around 2pm, expecting to book an appointment for Tuesday, (Monday was a holiday.) But they had Tomas at my door before 3pm. After a review, we were provided a quote while he throughly explained the job at hand. He offered to come on Monday at 9am, (a holiday) and said the job will take around 6hrs. On the Monday he was there right for 9am and completed the job with no issues, while being a great ambassador for the company through his knowledge and explanations of the work at hand. He was always mindful to put his shoe covers on, he was very polite and finished the work very well. (As far as I could tell, not being a plumber. lol) Thank you Tomas for the awesome work. Needless to say, I would always recommend Mr. Rooter again.

Timmy from Mr. Rooter did an excellent job fixing the leak at my bathtub showerhead. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and clearly explained the issue and the repair. He completed the work efficiently, left everything clean, and made sure the leak was completely resolved before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Timmy and Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for reliable plumbing service.

Shout out to Jacob K. for providing an amazing job installing new faucets for my residence. He was thorough, professional, clean and efficient from beginning to completion of installation. The administration team are so efficient and quick to provide me with immediate availability. Getting the job done to my liking. 10++++ service!!!

The technician (Alfred Nyarko) arrived in a timely manner. He gave us various options. It was a very stubborn kitchen clog which was down deep in the bowels of the house. He made multiple trips to ensure the problem was solved. Alfred was also very kind and respectful individual. Thank you.

Jacob and Mike did an excellent job and were very professional in their work. They explained what they were doing and found and fix around when installing the new toilet. The drain assembly was installed perfectly.
