Highly recommend Galaxy Plumbing. Our issue was a completely backed up (not draining) kitchen sink, making any use of the sink and dishwasher impossible. We contacted Galaxy and left a request via their AI assistant. Shortly after received a follow up call (from Renae) and provided details of the issue. An initial quote was quickly provided, obviously subject to evaluation when onsite. Galaxy managed to arrange for one of their staff to come by same day. The tech (Nicholas) was very pleasant, and identified a significant issue with the undersink plumbing right away. Correcting this was the first step. Later, it was determined that the drain coming from the kitchen into the basement main drain was severely clogged. Nicholas ended up resolving this as well after some significant snaking and clean out. The net was the work turned out to be far more extensive than we had initially expected. Galaxy adjusted the charges accordingly, however we found them to be fair and reasonable. A big shout out to the work Nicholas did. He explained what he was doing along the way, made suggestions and recommendations, and ensured full clean-up of the work areas on completion. I rarely write reviews, but felt Galaxy Plumbing was certainly deserving in this case!

The work was done well, everything was left clean, and they took the time to explain the options without any pressure. Communication was solid throughout and they were quick to respond.
