It was a great experience . My kitchen sink was detached from its vanity base out of blue. I called them and I was in panic mode but the lady who answered my call I think her name is Kaylie and she was very friendly and asked about the problem and then connected me to a fabulous guy who’s name was Alberto he came to my house around 10 Pm and fixed my problem. It was the best service I have received in my life. Thank you so much Alberto. You were amazing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – Drain King Plumbers From the very first phone call to the completed repair, my experience with Drain King Plumbers was excellent. When I initially called, Elsa was incredibly helpful. She clearly explained the services, outlined the next steps, and made the process feel very organized. Not long after, she called me back to let me know that a technician had become available earlier than my scheduled time and asked if I’d like them to come sooner, which I really appreciated. Shortly after that, I received a text message confirming who would be arriving. It included the technician’s name, photo, and a link to track their route, which was a fantastic feature and made the whole experience feel very professional, transparent and safe. David Silva, the technician who arrived, was excellent. I had asked to have the piping under my sink repaired/replaced, and he took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done versus what was optional, along with the pros and cons of each option. Because of this, I felt confident making an informed decision. He was friendly, approachable, and very patient with all of my questions. The pricing was a bit on the higher side, but the level of service, communication, and professionalism absolutely justified it. The work was completed very well, and I’m extremely happy with the result. Overall, the entire process felt smooth, transparent, and professional. I would highly recommend Drain King Plumbers and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future. See before and after pics below.

I had a mixed experience with Drain King Plumbers. The Good: The office staff was incredibly responsive and professional. They managed to book a service call within a reasonable window for the very next day. I loved how communicative and proactive they were—they even sent a link to an interactive map so I could track exactly when the plumber would arrive on-site. The technician who arrived was also very friendly, conducted a camera inspection ($288 + tax), and provided me with a clear estimate to fix the issue. The Not-So-Good: Everything was going great until after the plumber left. I went downstairs and realized he left a complete mess around the drain area where he used the scope. There was dirt, debris, and grime scattered across the floor that I had to clean up myself. For the price of a diagnostic visit, I expected basic cleanup to be included. If you use them, just be aware that you might need to keep a close eye on their cleanup and final workmanship. Good customer service upfront, but the attention to detail at the end fell short.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. I contacted this company for a recurring basement drain backup. After multiple visits, I was given different explanations each time, and each visit resulted in additional recommendations and charges, without a lasting fix. I was first told the T-connection was the issue, which I replaced at my own expense. That did not resolve the problem. I was then told the kitchen and basement lines required flushing/hydro jetting. A technician later suggested completing the hydro jet privately for cash, which I declined. I paid the company directly for the hydro jet service instead. When the technician returned, he initially refused to hydro jet the kitchen. After I insisted that the paid service be completed, the work appeared rushed and very brief. Three days later, the kitchen sink backed up again. Another technician advised that the kitchen line was still full of grease and required proper hydro jetting, indicating the previously paid service was not completed as invoiced. Since November 6, 2025, I have repeatedly tried to resolve this with the office. Promised callbacks never happened, calls are no longer being answered, and as of January 22, 2026, my kitchen remains unusable. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful and to get clear documentation of what work is actually being performed.

Jordan was great. He came and replaced our main water shutoff valve which had seized and also replaced the upstairs shower handles and faucet which were original to the house and leaky as hell. Everything was soldered and so far so good.. no leaks! Drain Kings doesn’t do tiling or drywalling so that’s something everyone has to take into account when getting plumbing work done. However, Jordan kept the damage to a minimum - so not too much patching on the tiles. The access hole in my closet to get to the shower needs a bit of drywalling but that’s a problem for another day. Thanks Drain King for fixing my plumbing issues on short notice.
