Aquamaster Plumbing and Waterproofing

We had a great experience with Aquamaster. They were incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. After I called, they came out to assess the issue the very next day, and I had a quote within 8 hours. They built a new concrete retaining wall and fixed a leak around our basement window. A special thank you to our project lead, Yurii, who was fantastic throughout the entire project. He was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing Toronto did an excellent job from start to finish. David was courteous, arrived as scheduled, and took the time to explain the work before beginning. The project was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. Once the job was finished, the area was cleaned up and everything was left in great condition. The whole process was straightforward and well managed, and we’re very satisfied with the quality of the finished work.

Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing helped us finally solve a leak that had been bothering us for years. Every time there was heavy rain, water would come in through the same area. Their team didn’t rush into the job — they first inspected everything properly and explained exactly what was causing the issue. They installed an interior drainage system, added a sump pump, and sealed all the cracks. The work was clean and well organized. Since then, the basement has stayed completely dry.

I wasn’t planning to do full waterproofing at first, just wanted to fix a small leak, but after talking to Aquamaster Basement Waterproofing it made more sense to do it properly. The guy who came out (I think his name was Alex) actually explained everything in a simple way without pushing anything. They installed an interior drainage system and sump pump, and sealed the problem areas. It’s been a few months now, including some heavy rain, and the basement is completely dry. Glad I didn’t go with another temporary fix.

Aquamaster completely fixed my leaky basement. The crew—Mike and Peter—were fantastic. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this company.
