After I called, they came out to assess the issue the very next day, and I had a quote within 8 hours. They built a new concrete retaining wall and fixed a leak around our basement window. New weeping tiles were installed with proper slope to direct groundwater away from the home. The backfilling and grading were completed carefully to ensure proper drainage.
