We didn’t expect to need Rooter’s service again just a few weeks later. The previous basement pipe blockage had been fixed, but last night the kitchen drain started leaking. I called at 10 p.m., and a woman answered—her service was excellent. This morning Alfred came, replaced the pipe, and solved the problem quickly. Thank you very much! Rooter is truly trustworthy.

We couldn't be happier with Mr. Rooter! The entire team was attentive, communicative and extremely helpful. We unfortunately had our main sewer line back up two weeks before the holidays. We were fortunate to have Tomi come to our home quickly. He spent the time to explain what happened and walked us through what was going on, as well as next steps and all of our options, allowing us to make an informed decision. We called Mr. Rooter because we were not getting hot water from our primary shower. They quickly sent one of their plumbers, William, who diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary replacement part. It arrived within a couple days and William returned to complete the repair. His work was excellent and he cleaned up thoroughly leaving our shower spotless. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and William for any plumbing issues.
