Booking was quick and easy with Dana, communication was excellent every step of the way, and they responded promptly when we needed them most. The technicians raymond and stephen were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything before getting to work. The quality of their workmanship was top-notch, and they left the area clean when they were done. If you're looking for the best plumbing company in Toronto, I can't recommend them highly enough. Raymond and George did excellent service in changing my cartridges on my microstatic valve in the master washroom, as well as in The Powder Room replacing the cartridge on the faucet. We also changed the cartridge on the garage kitchen faucet and couldn't be more happy everything is working flawlessly. Thank you guys excellent job! And for the readers I used True Service Plumbing for the very first time and do not intend to change them.

Thank Max and Jordan for ybe amazing work they did. We had a pipe that burst from a slow leak and they replaced all pipes and valves underneath the sink and the pipes in the basement where the leak went to. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to do plumbing work at your home or residence. You will not be disappointed.

Nico did a great job. Clean and efficient when removing and installing a new utility sink and faucet. Unlike other plumbers I called, he readily removed our existing laminate countertop and installed the pre-cut new countertop, as well as cut the hole for the new sink. That saved me from finding someone else to do that part. Customer service on the phone was good. They sent him right away and they were professional all around.
