Ruslan, from Greenway Plumbing arrived within an hour of our call. He did the work very professionally, taking extra care to ensure the valve was properly extended. I would highly recommend him!

Ruslan was punctual, organized, and highly effective. He was professional throughout the entire process and didn’t overcomplicate the necessary repairs. He completed the re-piping under my kitchen sink in less than two hours, and his pricing was very reasonable. I truly appreciate his expertise and the time he took to get the job done right. I will definitely be working with him again in the future!

Had Ruslan attend at our home today to get a leak issue addressed. He said he would be charging $350 for diagnostics alone and was very unwilling to explain what exactly that would include in simple terms as this is not a small fee for a retired elderly couple. We were not rude to him in any way and just wanted a more clear picture of what that fee would be including and the only answer we received was “diagnostics” repeatedly. We feel this response was extremely unprofessional and did not acquire his services.

We had a great experience with Ruslan, who replaced our dripping faucet. He was very nice, professional, and careful throughout the job. He even provided a missing piece that wasn’t included in the faucet box we had purchased, just to make sure everything was installed properly and without risk of damage. The service was smooth, and the cost was very affordable. Highly recommend Ruslan for any plumbing work!
