Mark came in with a quote at no cost to me for for a plumbing problem I had with my sump pump. He redirected the water from the road out to the back property which stopped the lowering of the water in my toilet bowl plus making the sump pump so quiet when it was running. He explained everything to me beforehand of what he was going to do to fix the problems I was dealing with. Excellent customer service! I have kept his number in case I run into any other plumbing issues. Thank you Mark!
Mark fixed our toilet that hasn’t been flushing properly. There were no visible clogs but upon taking it apart and using the camera there was extensive calcium build up that is thanks to the Toronto hard water. Now it’s flushing the way it used to.
I contacted ExpressRooter to deal with a clogged kitchen drain. The appointment to have a plumber out was arranged with very little wait time after the initial call. Mark (absolutely fabulous) arrived at the designated time and proceeded to deal with the issue in an efficient and professional manner. He provided product advice to limit the possibility of the issue recurring and a future procedure to ensure that the main kitchen line was functioning as it should be. I would highly recommend ExpressRooter to anyone requiring plumbing services.
Excellent experience with ExpressRooter installing our Alkaviva water faucet. They drilled the counter top hole, connected the electrical and water lines properly, and completed the job efficiently and professionally.
Everything works perfectly and they left the space clean. I’m officially a “Water Snob” now . Highly recommend.
I was referred to them by another repair man for a basement leak. Charles came on time. He was professional and polite although he kept calling his boss to ask. He recommended some silicon at the wall of the kitchen basin as there was nothing wrong with the pipes. He called his boss then quoted $250 for that which I thought was insane. He didn’t even have a silicon gun to use and wanted to use mine. He also quoted $350 to change a leaky faucet. They maybe good in what they do but they are incredibly expensive. I declined their quotes but paid $175 plus tax and tip for their ‘diagnostic fees’.
